Conditions for Participation in the Gold Programme
Applicants to the Special Gold Programme must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Private Company in Europe with 20+ Data Processors
To be a private company established in Europe employing at least 20 data processors.
Willing to Leverage Europrivacy
To be willing to leverage Europrivacy certification in your tendering process.
