Eligibility (summary): Private companies established in Europe, using 20+ data processors, and willing to leverage Europrivacy certification in tendering (mandatory requirement or ≥10% technical scoring).

Gold programme commitment

The Applicant confirms it is a private company not subject to public contract law, employs 20+ data processors, is established in Europe, and commits to use Europrivacy certification as a criterion for at least ten tenders in the 24 months following entry into force of the support programme.
