Gold Programme
Conditions for Participation
Applicants to the Special Gold Programme must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Private Company in Europe
Must be a private company not subject to public contract law, established and active in Europe.
20+ Data Processors
Must employ at least 20 data processors processing personal data of European data subjects.
Turnover Above €30M
The programme is particularly suited for companies with an annual turnover exceeding €30 million.
Willing to Leverage Europrivacy
Must be willing to integrate Europrivacy certification as a criterion in its tendering process.
Min. 10% Technical Weight
Europrivacy must be a mandatory requirement or weighted at least 10% in technical scoring.
10 Tenders in 24 Months
Commits to using Europrivacy certification as a criterion for at least 10 tenders within 24 months.
