Reserved for selected data controllers based in EU and EEA countries — free for those who qualify.

Subject to selection, the Gold programme is free and reduces your costs for certification.
Conditions for participation
- To be private companies established in EU and EEA and employing at least 20 data processors
- To be willing to leverage Europrivacy certification in their tendering process
- To commit to use the Europrivacy certification as a criterion for at least ten tenders in the following 24 months of the entry into force of the support programme
